Pre-Construction
The Pre-Construction phase typically starts just prior to the selection of the design consultants and lasts roughly twelve to eighteen months. It terminates at site construction start.

Construction Oversight
Construction Oversight starts at the conclusion of the Pre-Construction Phase and is generally between twenty four and fourty eight months.
Efficient and comprehensive information flow between the project participants is crucial to maintain both budget and schedule. Our attention to detail, combined with deep construction experience ensures issues are anticipated and quickly resolved.
